The main hero falls into hands of the Mafia and its chiefs give him the last opportunity to survive. So he has to sit down to table with the complete scoundrels and play this dangerous game where at the last level the main evildoer – Don Spaghetti - is waiting for him.
There is also multiplayer mode which allows 4 persons to play this game together: the charged phone is circling between players, they put it to their heads by turn until the shot resounds.
